A 17 minute direct guidance I recorded today about the sort of emotional triage we all need sometimes, when we are visited by the kind of deep sorrow which can trouble every life, from time to time.
There is a way the seasonality of our lives and our relationships and the demands these place on our energy and our courage, in which our dreams sometimes seem to recede far out of reach, and the picture we had for our lives are taken from us. These moments always seem to find us at our lowest ebb, without the resilience and perspective we need to navigate them.
Sometimes, we don’t want rescue per se, we just want a refuge from the enormity of life, a place where we can be held fully, in grace; a place of safety we can be small in, which we can seem to find nowhere and with no one.
This is a gentle call to that place we can come to, within us, where is it okay to not be okay.
