Create that, which you cannot find.
Half of all the aching in your heart, is for how broken or inadequate you feel you are. You are neither broken nor inadequate. You are just enough. You have always been, it's just there is a lot of noise and conditioning and bad advice and bad habits and bad incentives that have been making progress and healing feel so impossible.
The other half of the aching in your heart is because you are yearning for something in this world, and you cannot find it.
You are not being punished or tortured.
You are being invited to create it. You must birth it. And labour is a painful but rewarding process.
If you are seeking hope, give hope to others.
If you are seeking comfort, give comfort to others.
If you are seeking guidance, orientate yourself, ask yourself where am I? Which way am I going?
And most importantly why do I seek to get there?
You found your way here. This is no accident. If you come with the right questions, the answers will come.
If the answers aren't coming, I assure you, that you are not yet asking the right questions.
If you do not find your courage, no one will give it to you, you will not find it in a place, or a cacao ceremony, or a meditation class, or a dream, or the tarot cards, or the stars. It is in the honesty of your questions, and the courage to face the answers.
Honesty we are reminded from one of the greatest teachers alive today, (David Whyte), is not simply speaking or facing of the truth, it is facing the way in which we are afraid of facing the truth.
Be the comfort you seek.
Be the voice you long to hear.
Be the heart of daring leadership you long to follow.
Be the parent you never had.
Be the example you look up to.
Be the Grace of the Mother.
Be the Resolve of the Father.
Be bigger than the moment.
Be the fucking change!
